You can upgrade or downgrade your service plan anytime from your account settings. Go to the Compare Plans page and select the plan you’d like. Performance plan subscribers can also customize their plan directly in the dashboard to fit their exact need.
If your current usage exceeds what a particular plan supports, the option to switch to that plan will be disabled. The same applies if you’re using an add-on — you’ll need to stop using the feature before you can remove it.
When you switch plans, we'll prorate your charges to the day. If you're upgrading, we’ll charge your credit card for the difference between your old plan and your new plan. If you're switching to a lower-priced plan, we'll credit your account for any unused time.
Customize your subscription
The Performance plan can be customized to fit your needs. Use the slider to choose the optimal number of source URLs and toggle on the add-ons you want.
If you already have redirects in your account, the slider will automatically set you to the lowest tier of source URLs available. If a feature add-on is already in use, it can’t be removed until you stop using it.
More information about the available feature add-ons can be found here.
Annual billing
Annual billing saves you 15% per year. You can switch between monthly or annual billing through the compare plans page or the plan customization page.
Switching from a legacy plan
We’ve updated our plan structure. Instead of pricing based on redirect groups and source hostnames, plans are now based on the total number of source URLs in your account.
What’s a source URL? It’s the full path of the URL that points to urllo. For example, www.example.com/somepath would be one source URL.
Why the change? This model makes pricing simpler and more transparent. It aligns costs with actual usage, offers a lower starting price, and adds flexibility through optional add-ons so you only pay for what you need.
When you customize your subscription, the slider will reflect the number of source URLs in use, and any active features will stay toggled on so your service isn’t disrupted.
